Futureneers designed customized AI learning journeys for DEUTZ AG’s leadership circle, combining foundational and advanced AI trainings with hands-on enablement for their in-house “Otto-Pilot” GPT solution — strengthening AI literacy and driving internal adoption across the organization.
Futureneers partnered wit DEEPSKILL & DEUTZ AG, a global pioneer in drive technologies headquartered in Cologne, Germany, to support the company’s strategic transformation towards becoming an AI-enabled organization.
For DEUTZ’s leadership circle, Futureneers developed dedicated learning journeys designed to elevate both technical understanding and strategic application of artificial intelligence. The program focused on two key pillars:
- AI Foundations & Advanced AI Literacy – building a common understanding of AI technologies, ethical frameworks, and opportunities for operational excellence.
- Applied AI Enablement – translating AI knowledge into leadership practice and strategic decision-making.
In addition to the learning modules, Futureneers conducted an in-depth assessment of DEUTZ’s internal “Autopilot” AI system — the company’s enterprise GPT solution — to identify potential and adoption barriers. Based on these insights, we developed individualized training programs and use-case-driven workshops that help employees integrate Autopilot seamlessly into their daily work.
Through this initiative, DEUTZ AG is not only strengthening its AI literacy across leadership and teams, but also accelerating the adoption of AI tools that enhance productivity, collaboration, and innovation throughout the organization.
