Modular Learning Journeys for the Groups AI Ambassador Program

Futureneers, in partnership with DeepSkill, developed a customized learning ecosystem for the Kampf-Jagenberg Group to empower their internal AI Ambassadors — a team of 30+ employees driving the company’s digital and AI transformation.

Futureneers has designed and implemented modular learning journeys for the Kampf-Jagenberg Group in Wiehl, Germany — a global leader in slitting and winding technology and part of the Jagenberg Group. The initiative focuses on building the capabilities of the company’s AI Ambassador Team, a group of over 30 internal champions responsible for promoting AI adoption and innovation throughout the organization.

As a partner of DeepSkill, Futureneers structured the program into five interconnected learning modules that blend technical understanding with strategic and human-centric development. These modules cover:

  • AI Foundations – building core knowledge and confidence in artificial intelligence concepts.
  • AI Use Case Assessment & Prioritization – identifying and evaluating high-value opportunities for automation and innovation.
  • Agile AI Product Development – applying agile principles to develop and iterate AI solutions effectively.
